If this is the first time you are using cardboard events, an account will be made for you when you buy a badge. This will be tied to the email address you use, so please use a real email address or you won't have access to the account. 

Once you purchase a badge, you will receive an email with your login information and a link to the website. If you already have a cardboard account, you can access the site and your conventions here.  

Make sure you are accessing the attendee site not the organizer site.

Yes! Simply enter their name and email address on the registration page. Alternatively you can enter your email address and then transfer the badge later.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, however you can transfer a badge through the cardboard site from August 1st until August 30th, 2025.

Leave us a comment in the Discord or via the Connect page. If there is enough interest, we will try our best to secure more space from the hotel and increase the number of badges available. The earlier we know to do this, the better, but there are no guarantees.

Unfortunately the Gambler and Magician badges are limited in number do to space limitations in the special games. You can still purchase the merchandise included in those badges from the cardboard store once you have a drunk badge. 

We need to give the venue final numbers for the Meet and Greet Reception and order the special merchandise for those badges in time for delivery.

Suites will be bookable on the Cardboard registration page or through the cardboard app on February 26th, 2026. Gamblers, Magicians, and Godfather badges will receive a link to the hotel block booking website (the only way to get our exclusive, discounted rates) on March 5th, 2026. Drunk badges will receive the booking link on March 19th, 2026. 

We have negotiated heavily discounted rates and NO RESORT FEE. The only way to get these rates is to book through the room block website.

The 2026 Convention officially runs from 12AM Friday, September 25th to 11:59PM Sunday, September 27th. However there will be a pre-con kick-off reception for Magician, Godfather, and those who purchase it on Thursday, September 24th in the evening. Early registration will also open that evening, and some convention rooms will open at 6PM on Thursday for those who come early. 

About 2/3 of the games at con will be Pick-up games. They will be starting round the clock and volunteers will help connect STs looking for players and players looking for circles. Sponsored room event sign ups have begun and sponsors will be loading their games as they fill their schedules. Attendee game hosting will open up on the cardboard site in August. Please check the cardboard schedule frequently to see what's been loaded.

More events will continue to be loaded as we get closer to con. Attendees will be able to post their own events in August. But even if you never sign up for an event, about 2/3 of the games at con will be pick-up games. They will be starting round the clock and volunteers will help connect STs looking for players and players looking for circles. So no matter what you'll be able to play as much clocktower as you'd like.

Flesh and Bone is a Living Script that will evolve throughout the con. Every game, characters will be eliminated from the script and replaced according to the campaign. We ask for 12 hours of volunteer time spread over the three day con.

All volunteers receive a complimentary badge so you can enjoy complete access to the convention when not on shift. You also get a volunteer t-shirt
