About the Space

More space than ever! Private, single circle rooms decrease noise while spacious halls promote the full convention feel. 15 single circle rooms, 4 double circle rooms, over 40 total circles, a central "town square" with vendors, a library, and a lounge space perfect for running into old friends and new ones make this year even larger than the last. With so much going on, there's something for everyone!

Hotel Block

We have negotiated discounted rates and WAIVED resort fees. To get the best rates, book through the block which will open to Gambler, Magician, and Godfather badge holders March 5th and to Drunk badge holders March 19th. Once you have a badge, look for an email from cardboard events or an announcement in the app. If you are interested in a suite, requests and bookings will open up on February 26th on our Suites request form.

$10 per day in garage or sportsbook. $20 valet per day.


Resort Fee

Waived when booked through our suite link or the block link

Items included in the Resort fee:

• Wireless Internet access for three devices (excluding the convention area)

• Fitness Center access for up to (2) adults

• Use of in-room safe

Additional Guests

Clark County Fire Code permits maximum occupancy 4 people per room. 

Early Departure Charge. 

All sleeping rooms shall be subject to an early departure charge.

Check-in/Check-Out Times. 

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge. 

Verification.

A valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport is required at check-in. Your major credit card will be pre-authorized for a $50 per night up to $200 security deposit for any incidental charges and daily Resort fees (when applicable). Special requests are subject to availability and additional fees. These terms and conditions are subject to change by management without notice. 

Sleeping Room Payment.

Individual guests will pay their own sleeping room rates (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges and in-room entertainment fees). At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by Hotel, on which Hotel may place a hold in accordance with Hotel’s standard procedure or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest’s estimated charges, if prepayment has not already been made. 

Cut-Off. 

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this guest room block is 11:59 PM PST on September 2, 2026.

Shuttle.

Complimentary shuttle bus service to the "Las Vegas Strip" and Downtown Las Vegas 



Cancellation.

Guarantee/Deposit Policy; Unless otherwise stated, a standard one-night room and tax deposit plus tax will be charged to the credit card upon booking. Deposit is fully refundable as long as reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival.
