About the Space

In order to cut down on noise, we will be mostly using private rooms with single circles. In addition we will have a large ballroom for events and panels, and a board game library and game room.

Hotel Block

Room Block is now open to all. Book our discounted rates here. Note that the rates below are for basic King rooms. You can also book guaranteed queens, renovated rooms, and suites. Let us know if the room type you want is sold out and we will try to shift around inventory.

Parking

Free for guests and non-hotel guests!



Additional Guests

$35 per guest for 3rd and 4th guests. Clark County Fire Code permits maximum occupancy 4 people per room. 

Early Departure Charge. 

All sleeping rooms shall be subject to an early departure charge equal to one night’s room rate, plus applicable fees, taxes and assessments.

Check-in/Check-Out Times. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge. Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

Sleeping Room Payment.

Individual guests will pay their own sleeping room rates (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. room service, gift shop charges and in-room entertainment fees). At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by Hotel, on which Hotel may place a hold in accordance with Hotel’s standard procedure or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest’s estimated charges, if prepayment has not already been made. 

Cut-Off 

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this guest room block is 11:59 PM PST on September 12, 2024.



Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in date. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then

Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.
